I went to this gym until my back surgery, at which point I had to cancel. The gym was nice, and the coaches were pleasant. I sent several emails to cancel my membership. I couldn't travel. I paid during the COVID pandemic and then again during my several-month absence due to my surgery. I had to block my payments twice with my bank. The manager, whom I finally contacted, assured me she would refund the hundreds of euros I paid for nothing. I'm still waiting for the refund.
