The gym has gotten a lot better over the last few months. Spacing out the classes versus the open gym floor made it so much better. The recovery room was a great addition as well. I think when the new White Plains gym opens, the chaos in the parking lot will get a lot better also. Also Efi in the cafe is the sweetest and so helpful and friendly, All in all a much better experience.

From the moment you walk in, the energy and professionalism set Lifetime Harrison apart, with front desk staff who always greet you with genuine smiles. The facility is spotless, organised and clearly run with attention to detail, and a special shout-out goes to manager Brandon, whose approachable leadership keeps everything running smoothly. Whether you are training, swimming or grabbing a healthy bite at the cafe, the team makes it a first-class, community experience that keeps you coming back.

Great gym with lots of great resources, 2 indoor pools, and huge outdoor pools for the summer months. They have multiple saunas, and steam rooms as well as hot tubs, a cold plunge, tons of classes, weights, all the equipment you could ask for and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Big fan of the pickleball tournaments that Ivan organizes at this Lifetime location. Ivan does a really great job planning consistent monthly tournaments for singles and doubles, as well as taking feedback from participants and implementing them. At the most recent tournament, he started giving out really cool trophies to the winners. Physically, this Life Time location is just a great place to play- 7 permanent courts and two of those courts have ton's of extra space/bleachers for an audience. I've been a regular participant of the last couple pickleball tournaments and definitely plan on signing up for more next year
