"Since beginning training journey"

Bert Rainwater

Since beginning my training journey with Brandon Phan in July 2024, I have witnessed remarkable transformations in my physical well-being. Notably, I have successfully reduced body fat and simultaneously developed lean muscle mass. Moreover, my range of motion, form, and posture have significantly improved. Each week, Brandon presents me with new and challenging workout routines that maintain my engagement and motivation. Furthermore, the training plan is meticulously structured, and Brandon consistently listens to my feedback, making adjustments to our nutrition and fitness objectives as we progress. His exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and unwavering dedication ensure that you can confidently achieve your fitness goals. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with the results.

"Older lift time location"

Tuan Ha

An older Lifetime location inside a business building that is decently clean and well maintained, with kind employees, a spa and a handy cafe. There is a multifunctional court for basketball, pickleball and volleyball, and they recently added more racks, though some equipment is older and stations like lat pulldown and row are limited. It can get busy at peak hours and is the priciest Lifetime tier in the area, more for the location than the facility, and lately the weight floor often feels warm at weekends.

"Love lifetime general member"

Steven Berg

I really, really love Lifetime in general. I have been a member off and on for over 20 years and in different states. This facility is smaller than most others, but the price is still premium. The basketball court is the centerpiece of the club and the noise dominates, permeates the place. The machines and weight-lifting areas are great, but it does get crowded during peak hours (between 4:30pm and 7:30pm). During this time, classes fill up pretty quick, too. One of the biggest reasons I joined again was because I could enjoy the hot tub in the men's locker room without having to wear a suit. It makes it more of a spa-like experience. I hope this doesn't change. I pay a lot for this club which doesn't have swimming pools, so the clothing-optional hot tub is a nice perk!
