We’ve really enjoyed being members of the YMCA. It’s such a welcoming and family-friendly environment. One of the highlights of our experience has been the Sharks Swim Team and, in particular, working with Coach Hector. Coach Hector has been phenomenal. He’s patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. My child needed a bit of extra assistance at the start, and Coach Hector went above and beyond to meet her where she was. He worked with us to build her confidence in the water, and his encouragement has made a lasting difference. It’s clear he truly cares about the kids, not just as swimmers but as individuals. And a special shoutout to Ms. Suzette, who helped my kiddo make the team. She has a real gift for knowing exactly what a child needs to push themselves while also listening to their body. Her high expectations and structured approach helped my daughter grow in both skill and discipline. Highly recommend the swim team experience for any family looking for a positive, challenging, and supportive environment. We’re proud to be part of it!

This is the best Y in my opinion In the Dallas area.. Although It's not the newest, it's the most spacious, well equipped, and uncrowded facility. The staff is friendly and helpful .There is a steam room, pool, and complimentary towel service. There's a large basketball Court with regular games going on. Overall, it's an active facility with a lot going on and people working out without the drama of commercial gyms.

Personally, it was a nice experience to see my children lose their fear of water thanks to the coach for having that patience to teach them how to float and stay safe in the water.

The staff is great and they have a good amount of space and equipment. They have an indoor track and a track out on the roof. They have a pool and basketball courts as well. If the gates are up and you don't have to pay for parking they'll tell you. It was tricky to figure out how to get up there my first time, but good place all around.

Great place! Lots of equipment, clean facility and friendly staff. Besides all types of weights and machines, they have a swimming pool, sauna, basketball, volleyball and squash courts. Parking in their garage is about $1 per visit but their membership fees are low. Some of the equipment is a little old but it works fine. Overall, great value for money!
