A very spacious and modern facility with plenty of space and air for training. Dedicated trainers, new, well-maintained equipment, and a wide selection of classes. The spa completes the excellent experience. The price is reasonable.

The price/performance ratio is no longer right. Customers are no longer valued. The trainers are great, but the rest of the staff think they're better than that. It's a shame; I always enjoyed training here.
