Friendly staff. A venue for racket sports: badminton, tennis, squash. Open 24 hours with advance booking. Plenty of parking spaces belonging to the venue. Available: locker rooms, toilets, showers, lockers with keys (you get the locker key at reception by leaving something as a deposit, e.g. documents, money, etc.) Prices are a bit steep considering the competition in Wrocław.

My experience with the Matchpoint club is unfortunately negative. On our first booking, the court was cancelled the day before our planned visit, even though the booking had been made a week in advance. The reason given was ongoing renovation work on the court, which was quite disappointing for us. The second attempt did result in being able to use the court, but during the visit some real concerns came up regarding the procedure for handing out locker room keys. The receptionist told us we needed to leave a personal item as a deposit for the key. This practice raised our concerns, because, in line with current regulations and generally accepted service standards at sports facilities, it's not a solution that's normally used or recommended. After one of the people in our booking pointed out that this kind of practice could be against the law and raises questions of an organizational and liability nature, a discussion followed on the topic. Most sports clubs have clearly defined and safe procedures in place, such as wristbands or code cards, or possibly a cash deposit of a predetermined amount, collected...

Great place to play squash. Well prepared courts, good organization, and a friendly atmosphere. Everything works smoothly, it's genuinely comfortable to play there. I gladly come back.
