"Good club diverse areas"

It's a good club, with diverse areas, including a gym, a swimming pool—one of the largest in Zaragoza—a paddle tennis court, a tennis court, and a very important outdoor area with a solarium. It also has a reading area and plenty of daily newspapers in a comfortable and very pleasant setting. A place to have a coffee and relax, read, or write.
"Raise fee without warning"

They raise the fee without warning. They don't respond to complaints. They don't offer discounts for people with disabilities. The individual training plans are a sham. They're a money-grubbing machine because they know you'll die from the blow.
"Doesnt offer minimum expected"

This gym does not offer the minimum you would expect for the fee, starting with poor air conditioning that leaves the upstairs activities room incredibly hot, worse than far cheaper chains. The reservation system is archaic, letting you book only three classes online with the rest released an hour before on an in-gym machine, so you may turn up to find no space. There are plenty of machines but it gets just as crowded at peak times, so unless you use the tennis courts or pool it is really not worth it.
"Disgraceful management ive member"
Daniel Isiegas Yus

What a disgraceful management. I've been a member for four years, and half the showers are pathetic... There's no room to change in the locker room, and you have to ask permission to train because of the limited space and the number of people training. Very unfortunate management for calling themselves "premium." To top it all off, two rate increases in the same year, and they don't even manage to announce them. What a shame.
"Club thats always packed"

A club that's always packed with people, but not overwhelming. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the lockers in the men's locker room are mostly broken. They could take better care of that detail. Very central, they're always improving the facilities and machines, and they also have a fantastic solarium where they could add an outdoor area for barbell and calisthenics training, which I'm a huge fan of. I've been at this club for 10 years, and it would be hard for me to leave! The best sports club in the city center for its facilities, location, and price.
