I have been a midtown member for years. Recently I started getting personal training from Jenny Maloney. She has an easy going personality while focusing on your alignment - i.e. A partner for success. She has been a great motivator because not only does she have years of personal training experience - she is also a registered dietitian, so she will supplement our sessions with helpful nutrition tips. I would highly recommend her.

Top notch club. Only two things I would recommend is re-booting the dining menu and adding calf specific exercise equipment. For personal training….Adrianna is hands down the best personal trainer. I’ve used other personal trainers in the past and none compare to Adrianna. Anyone looking for a personal trainer, ask for Adrianna. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve met some wonderful people at midtown, Adrianna being one of them as an outstanding trainer, along with James. As insightful and knowledgeable the trainers there are, unfortunately management is not. They promised certain equipment and never got it, during the summer the pool is taken over by children who are not properly supervised by their parents. Management has ignored my complaints, and went as far as Richard Earney telling me, “if I don’t like it to find a different gym.” So now I’m taking his advice and going else where 🤡 Respectfully, Nate
"Family and joined midtown in the fall"

My family and I joined Midtown in the fall of 2022 and have enjoyed many days hanging out with friends at the pools, kids’ swimming lessons and the summer camp. The best thing about Midtown is the people who work there. I have particularly appreciated my personal training sessions with Ted R. He has worked with me through marathon training, triathlon training, bike race training, ski training, HYROX training and more. Ted is creative in his workouts and puts a lot of effort into tailoring the workouts to my goals. My sessions have ensured that I turn up on the start line healthy and strong. I highly recommend working with Ted, especially if you are an endurance athlete.

My family has been members for almost two years. We love the facility and the wonderful staff. We have had the pleasure of working with three trainers, all of which are highly recommended. First, James E has been an amazing trainer, he has taught me so much about lifestyle, movement and my physical structure. He’s changed the way I view working out. His systematic approach to the body has made me feel stronger and younger. I have a new insight into health and fitness. Listen to his wisdom! Steve R has been working with my son, training for cross country running. He’s fun, patient and motivating! He always encourages him to overcome any mental or physical challenge with a growth-mindset. I never thought I would witness my son want to train! Steve has done wonders for his confidence as well. And last, and definitely not least, is Nicole M, my ride or die trainer. She helped me lose the COVID weight and get me back into shape after those sedentary years. She never shamed me or gave fake positivity, it was always honest realism and goal oriented work outs. She’s transformed me into someone.who works out for pleasure instead of mere calorie burn. I’ve missed work calls and social events just to make my sessions with Nicole. She’s the best (and cool!)!
