Best place to play squash in the area. Would totally recommend. Top notch coaching and facilities. Always kind and helpful. It is because of MSQUASH that I love the game of squash.
"The place looks great, but the staff, I am not sure..."

The place looks great, but the staff, I am not sure about at all! After playing more than two dozen of squash tournaments elsewhere, my son played a Silver one here today. It is absolutely the worst and ONLY terrible experience we ever had, period, and I wish I could give a zero star! Be cautious to go here to play tournaments, and we will never play here again. One of its staff, as the tournament organizer, was coaching the other player that my son was playing against. During Game 3, my son felt nauseous and was about to vomit because of the foods he had, after running around, and asked the referees to come out for imminent vomiting. The staff reported to her director, who came right away saying that my son needs to get on the court and cannot get off the court because of vomiting. My son got back on the court immediately, after nodding yes to my question about if he is okay and wants to continue. He survived and won Game 3, but same situation happened again in Game 4 and my son ended up with vomiting, when he could not help it and was not allowed to get off the court. We were then allowed and told to go to the restroom and got out it in a couple of minutes, just to find out that...

Great place and courts are pretty good-except for the glass court. My GOD, it is an awful experience to play on that court. The lights are so bright that they make it impossible to see the ball. The ball on glass courts are white, so this makes it even harder to see. Please dim the lights. Other than that, the normal courts are good other than balls getting stuck behind the courts very easily. Had a squash tournament there and I played well.

Although I have only been to Port Chester, this review applies to the whole business. I don't normally write reviews, especially ones that aren't positive, as I understand the effects they could have considering my experience as a former manager of multiple businesses. Speaking from experience, businesses are built from trust hence dishonesty towards customers is a guaranteed way to sabotage further business. My time is also very limited as I currently work and go to school, both full-time. I have exhausted every option to avoid posting this review by contacting and communicating with MSquash multiple times only for them to completely disregard and be dishonest in addressing any of my concerns. Unfortunately, I feel I must now share my experience so that others are aware of what kind of treatment may come their way at MSquash. I can talk about how unsanitary and poor the quality of coaching is here but I do not wish to make this review longer than it already is. I must point out that the level of dishonesty and customer service at this business are beyond unacceptable. They are incapable of doing the simplest matter of removing your email address from their mailing list as they do...
