Great location but poor surroundings management, overgrown vegetation and potholes on the road. Water supply is inconsistent.

Dirty (cockroaches everywhere), everything is falling apart. All the apartments and houses are old. Security is often caught sleeping. Worst part is the loud music on weekends - goes past midnight till 1-2 am. There are some amazing people who work here but other than that, I wouldn't live here.

Grew up coming here in the 90's and early 2000's with my parents for weekend swims without fail. The nshima and chicken meals were so good. It needs to be revived, was such a pleasant place even stayed at the lodge when returned to Zambia in 2016. It's sad to see it not living up to what it once was. It was also the place I went on my first date. Holds good memories. Hope it can be brought back
