"Closing time meant that they once warned the customers that"

Closing time meant that they once warned the customers that the outside pool will close in 10 minutes, then 10 minutes later they simply turned the lights off, leaving families with young children in total darkness. I've been coming here in the past four years but this was a first. Someone will fall, break a leg and take them to court. Mark my words....
"Great facility at an affordable price"

Great facility at an affordable price. The gym is big and new. The swimming pools are well maintained and not too crowded. The locker rooms are also good and well maintained some of them also have saunas. Now they’re adding a spa center which should be nice and an additional hall for sport classes. It’s also fun to come there with the kids on summer when they have inflatable water slides. Tennis courts could use a some work though.
"Nice gym and crossfit space"

Nice gym and crossfit space. Outdoor pools for family. Some of the studios are still closed so the crossfit space is usually booked for classes and not available
"If you haven’t signed up yet and they’re asking for your"

If you haven’t signed up yet and they’re asking for your credit information, think twice. Once you’re registered, it feels like customer service is no longer a priority. The gym is overcrowded, especially during peak hours, and it’s almost impossible to find a spot in popular classes. There have been instances where people are allowed into classes without proper registration, which makes the experience chaotic and unfair for those who booked ahead. Additionally, outsiders often walk through training areas during classes, creating safety risks and showing a lack of responsibility regarding both equipment and trainers' safety.
