"Squash tennis and plenty of workout machines"

Has squash, tennis, and plenty of workout machines. They had a nice turf workout area as well. The locker room was a bit cramped but I went during a pretty busy time. The lighting felt a little dark. Membership is one of the cheapest I heard of. Very easy to see from the street and get to.

Antoine teaches a great Boxing class, Like a real coach! He has love for what he gives over and makes sure his students are on top of their game. Amazing teacher, I hope we are lucky enough to have many more classes with him starting next week. Highly recommended class/coach.

It's a decent two-story club, with a lot of stuff going on. Classes, tennis, squash, stretching areas apart from the regular gym equipment stuff. However, the club is badly maintained, equipment is rather old and rusty. Equipment is standing unrepaired for weeks. You barely see the numbers on the machines to judge what weight to put on. They need to do major upgrades on some of their aging equipment. The AC/ ventilation isn't that great either. Never really cooled enough for a gym, so to expect to sweat a lot.

Decent little place. It has two floors. Upstairs is all cardio equipment such as stairmills, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and other stuff I didn't recognize. There's also a stretching area with dumbbells here. The main floor is where all the weights are, 2 squat stations, weight machines, squash court, spinning room, etc. It's a bit tight downstairs because it's filled to the brim with equipment but I always find space for lifting. There also is another stretching area here and more cardio equipment. This place is very well equipped. I have no complaints. Except the squat rig is a little awkward because if two ppl are squatting simultaneously then one person will be directly behind the other squatter and will not have a mirror to check form. But if it's only one person then it's perfect. That's all folks.

I recently moved to the area from the Upper West Side and having the All Access Pass from NYSC, I was expecting the same level of quality out of this gym as the one at my old neighborhood. I was very disappointed. The gym is not very well laid out and the locker rooms were difficult to find. The sinks and floors in the locker rooms were very dirty. There was no hot water running when I went. Half of the bicycle machines were out of commission and there were many other strength training machines that were not working either. The interior is also a bit dated unlike the other NYSC that I have been to. I ended up trying Blink Fitness literally across the street and was amazed at how clean that location is and how they actually have machines that are operable, all for a fraction of the cost of NYSC. This location really needs to bring itself on par with other NYSC locations, otherwise I don't see why the cost to go here is justified.
