Took my daughter to a squash tournament. The facility was well equipped. Lots of squash and tennis courts. Good experience overall.

⸻ As a business owner myself, I rarely leave negative reviews, as I prefer to address concerns directly with management. However, my experience today left me feeling deeply embarrassed and disappointed, and I feel it is important to share this feedback. My husband and three children have been members of this club for the past three years. I am not a member myself, but I am the parent who regularly brings our children—who are all under the age of 11—to their various lessons and activities. Over the years, we have signed them up for numerous programs, including swimming, tennis, squash, and camps, all of which come at an added cost beyond our membership fee. Our family invests over $7,000 a year in this club. Today, I brought my children for their squash lesson. As usual, I dropped them off, parked the car, and entered the facility intending to wait for them at the cafeteria, as we had arranged. To my surprise, I was stopped at the front desk by a female staff member and informed that, for “security reasons,” I would not be permitted to enter. I was told I could only be “escorted” in to inform my children that I would be waiting outside.

ORC is a great facility with tennis, squash, swimming, and fitness amenities. The tennis courts and gym are well maintained, and there are quite a variety of fitness classes. Membership is pricey, as are tennis court fees. Overall, it’s a great club for racquet sports and fitness.

They were good from 2017-2022. Especially in 2017 when I first joined heard great things about the club and the coach Al Cook. Had 6 squash courts and a solid junior program in the 2017-2020 days but after Covid things started declining and facilities and prices were rising so had to leave the club. One of the juniors (Stan Singh with dad Ash) even went to an Ivy League school so solid program in the hey days but not now. Also the courts were always wet after a thunderstorm or rain
