Portslade Sports Centre is a great place for entertainment and staying active. There’s plenty to do, including football, badminton, squash, gym and more, and the atmosphere is amazing.

I bring my 2 year old niece to softplay here every Thursday and she loves it. The staff are helpful, there's a variety of equipment and the bouncy castle is big enough for the grown ups too; for supervision purposes of course.

This is always a good venue for party hire not only sports facilities. Good parking although limited on match and practice days. Be aware of priority access on Chalky Road, it gets somewhat congested and awkward on exiting the centre.
