I went on a tour of the RACV gym in Bourke St Melbourne. The guide pointed out the mens and women’s changing rooms. Only after asking specific questions did it become clear that men are allowed to use the women’s open plan changing rooms. I was also advised that several men do currently use the women’s change room. Had I not asked the right question I would not have known until too late. The gym does not respect women’s privacy dignity and safety.

Thank you so much RACV City Club for spoiling me for my birthday, and upgrade to The Retreat, wonderful. Lotsa extras, Le Petit Gateaux cake, amazing brekky and delicious dinners in the Bistro. Staff are very friendly, professional and make sure you are pampered and enjoy your stay to the maximum!!! We're so happy at the RACV City Club.

My stay at RACV City Club was part of a large group of 18. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the three-night stay. The room was soooo clean, large (with a bath) and absolutely spotless, as was the co-working space and bistro area. We did dine in the private dining space one night, and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful, and the meal was stunning! Thank you for a beautiful few days and a relaxing stay.
