Good morning, I had my tennis racket restrung and paid about R$100. It didn't even last half as long as my previous string, and it snapped at a splice they had made. I sent a WhatsApp message with photos and they didn't even reply. I had to call the shop to get any response. An employee named Matheus said he'd get back to me and sent a message with some flimsy excuse, telling me he couldn't redo it free of charge and would have to charge me again. In other words, he wanted to charge me again for a bad job they did the first time. For anyone who wants this kind of service, I recommend other more serious shops in the area like Baialuna. Even if it costs more, don't get your restringing done at Salles Tenis & Squash. After all that, I asked for the manager's contact and they don't even respond anymore. On top of everything, they are terrible professionals.
