I have started training with Roman for about three months now, time in which we have done a lot of boast drives, straight shots, crosscourt shots, wall to wall exercises. At this moment I can see a big improvement in the style of playing, my forehand and backhand require much lees effort to perform. Roman makes it look easy when he is playing, has a deep understanding of the game and can explain rather complex movements, simplify them and integrate them into the playing style. That made it possible for me to archive an obvious progress in a relatively short time. We currently work on the reading your opponent moves, and making it hard for the opponent to read yours.

Very useful and valuable training sessions with patient and knowledgeable coaches. Although I only started playing at Squash System a few months ago, I already feel like I’ve improved tremendously, much more than during my previous squash experiences.

Our family had great lessons with Roman in Squash Academy System. during our summer vacation visit to Barcelona, we were seeking a squash coach that could help us to continues improving our squash level, fortune enough, Roman provided exceptional class both on skill and mindset in squash game, my kids and myself were indulged in his training session.Definitely will come back again for our next Barcelona visit.
