"Rock and hard place they closed"

Rock and hard place! They closed the training room for two weeks, offering clients to go to gyms the other side of the city (there are tens of gyms in the same neighbourhoods), no reduction in the fee or pausing for the inconvenience. No other gyms nearby with spa and pool, so you're kinda stuck. Some staff are nice, most are snooty or plain rude. It gets over full most days. It is clean however. Like a lot of things in BCN, it appears to be a case of "take it or leave it"...

I go there to play squash. It is a place with a paid car parking. There is also pools and collective courses and machines. 2 big locker room.

They closed a squash court without even giving the members a heads-up on it. Considering other facilities, their quality, general overcrowding and the monthly price, I would say that it's a bit overpriced.

Since I moved to Barcelona I have been trying various gyms and I haven't liked any of them. I joined this gym about a week ago and my first impressions are very positive. A super cozy and clean environment. I want to highlight and congratulate the attention, professionalism and kindness of the technician David who received me very well when creating a training routine and until now he has been super attentive to my doubts and needs.

Our family is a regular customer of theirs and we like it very much! The coach is very patient and gentle to us!
