Clean. Staff very nice and helpful. The prices are outrageous. 1 hour of squash, 1 hour of badminton, and even though we had our own rackets we paid 64 euros between us

This is the worst squash court and place I know. 1.) The squash court now costs 32 euros for 1 hour, daylight robbery!! In Maintal, 1.5 hours costs 16 euros. 2.) This court doesn't get cleaned even after repeated requests. This means that if you're playing at a decent pace you slip (already happened) and can seriously injure yourself, potentially life-threateningly. 3.) The ceiling lights are broken. On one of the 3 broken lamps the casing is even hanging down (risk of injury if parts fall off). 4.) Showers aren't included at that proud price of 32 euros. 5.) We came under the assumption that we could find a compromise regarding sauna use alongside the squash court. When we got there, that turned out to be null and void. "There's nothing we can do about that" was the response. I think all these points speak for themselves, and that there's no interest in creating incentives to bring people here to play squash. I really hope that maybe something changes about the situation this way. Because every time we voice our displeasure on site, we're simply told we're raising our concerns in the wrong place... but that they understand us....
"Squash Inn is nowhere near recommendable for squash..."

Squash Inn is nowhere near recommendable for squash players. An absolute outrage, which my squash partner and I have now had to experience multiple times. 1.) At 32 euros per hour, the prices are not only overpriced, they're DOUBLE what all the other squash centers nearby charge. 2.) The court itself is a disaster. The floor is never mopped, so there's a real risk of injury. Nothing changed even after repeated requests to various Squash Inn staff members. 3.) 2 out of 3 ceiling lights are broken, which makes the lighting on the court miserable. This also wasn't fixed despite repeated requests. 4.) The court offers nowhere to sit during breaks. It's less a sports venue than a poor storage room. 5.) The staff are very nice, but unfortunately not accommodating. We wanted to use the sauna after squash. So beforehand we called and asked whether they could offer a "combo package" of squash plus sauna. On the phone they said yes, but when we arrived we were told it wasn't possible. So we would have had to pay 76 euros for 1 hour of squash and one sauna session. That is...
