My colleague and I tried to sign up on the website to book a squash session, but it was impossible, so we went there in person, tried to find an entrance, impossible to get inside the building, so we decided to call 2 numbers, nobody picked up and nobody at reception to welcome potential customers.... The organization needs a serious rethink.

We wanted to try squash, no answer at reception but got an answer on the mobile number, the person on the phone kindly offered us a taster session which we happily accepted. When we arrived on site the woman at reception was far from welcoming, she explained the way to the squash court, which is very complicated when you don't know the complex, and didn't bother to walk us there. When we got to the court there was no one, so no taster session, the gentleman had FORGOTTEN us. They offered to refund us for the court, which we refused because we wanted to come back. I wanted to book the court for the following week but the woman answered curtly that you couldn't book 7 days ahead, only 6 days maximum (even though the first time I had booked 2 weeks in advance, were they having a laugh? 🤔) and told me to call back the next day. We also left our contact details but since then no call, and I've called at least 5 times on the reception line and the mobile but no answer, it's like pulling teeth trying to reach this club! Too bad, we'll go elsewhere even if it means driving further. It's about time...
