"We had booked and paid for two squash courts for 08:45...."

We had booked and paid for two squash courts for 08:45. Another guest there for tennis was also stuck in front of a locked door. The beer delivery driver was trying to deliver goods too. Nobody was there, nobody answered the phone. No information at all. Now we just have to hope for a refund!
