I'm very disappointed for the first time we came (this Sunday 21/01/18) with a friend. We had booked earlier in the week and a woman on the phone had told us the slots were 45 minutes, so we booked from 10:30am to 12pm, meaning two slots. We finish at noon and go to the front desk to return the racquet my friend had rented for the occasion, and the woman at the counter tells us we have until 12:30 and that we need to pay for 2 hours (even though we didn't want to play past 12pm). A real lack of communication within this establishment, we said to ourselves, but in good faith we pay the 16 euros per person (which is twice what the woman had told us on the phone when booking). Not even a gesture (e.g. charging half an hour instead of a full hour, since the mistake wasn't ours). This leaves us with a negative image of this club, which seems poorly organized and incompetent to us: yes, because the woman at the counter had handed my friend a tennis racquet instead of a squash one before the session (and it wasn't just a careless slip, since she had to be told it wasn't the right racquet)... and on top of that she needs to use a calculator to...
