Both Marty and Larie are knowledgeable, motivating, and create a great atmosphere for both beginners and more experienced members. Each session is well-structured, and the personalized guidance has been key in helping me achieve my fitness goals. If you're looking for a gym with dedicated trainers and a supportive community, I highly recommend it!

Love this squash gym. Well maintained courts and change rooms. Good bar and burger joint as well. Lot of internal and external comps for people across all levels. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
