Members only club, unless you are a guest of a member. Many activities available and things to do, whether you're looking for relaxation, sports, dining, study, or business meetings. Some of the outlets have stricter rules than others. Part of the club is open to families and others for adults only. The pool on the roof top is really nice, with an outdoor patio. Many sports/class activities for all ages . (Squash, basketball, swimming, fitness....) Several food and beverage outlets, mostly casual ( American). The Rainbow Cafe has a very nice salad buffet ( healthy choices). I really enjoyed the braised brisket burger there. Entering the club, is like getting out of Tokyo, entering the united nation. It has a very unique atmosphere. It's a very international environment, with staff coming from many countries, as well as the members. English is, I would say, the main language there.

I always visit when in Tokyo for either business or pleasure. Once inside very nice pleasant. Outstanding architecture. If you want squash, a gym, or even bowling (with the kids) this is a fun place to relax away from the noise of the streets. Food is good, bigger than Japanese portions in the American Bar and Grill. Staff are friendly too. Getting info from the receptionist like your TAC number which is needed for reservations (would be helpful if they provided it with your welcome email it they don’t) may take some effort up front but worth it. As a reciprocal club user appreciate being able to use this facility.
