"Just joined, loving it so"

Just joined, loving it so far. Great amenities, location, staff, and equipment. It's actually really reasonably priced compared to the culty new-age gyms downtown. No trendy nonsense like cold-baths or red light therapy. It's got everything I need and has the best view of any fitness club downtown.

If you are from a reciprocal club they do charge $15 so be aware of that. Used this gym when I visit Toronto. Everything is new and nice. I think they just recently finished renovations. I came on a Saturday and only a handful of people in the gym. They have 3 squat racks on the main floor and 3 squat/bench racks on the floor they call the “strength lab”. Which has a turf strip and other stuff. But no deadlifting allowed fyi. Im not sure if it gets really crowded or not but it was empty on a Saturday evening.

"Best squash community in the"

Best squash community in the city from beginner to advanced. On top of that, great fitness classes, state of the art gym equipment, a lap pool, reformer Pilates and a sports medicine clinic on-site. Nothing beats a summer morning workout on the 36th floor with the sunrise coming in through floor to ceiling windows.

"TAC is the best gym"

TAC is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of, and I’d go so far as to say that it’s more than just a place to workout. The staff are the absolute best, they will always go above and beyond for members. For example, Emily at the front desk will see you with a suitcase and ask if she can get you a reciprocal wherever you’re going, or Marvin in the Pilates loft will make the class extra challenging on days you want to push yourself. The facility itself is also excellent, and when you ask for something, or give a suggestion, it’s always heard and accommodated. It’s truly a luxury experience, don’t hesitate to join!

"I absolutely love this gym"

I absolutely love this gym. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. It truly feels like a sanctuary where you can focus and reset. Grace, Dave, Rob, Chris, and Danielle are all incredible. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. You can feel that they truly care about every member and the community they’ve built. Their positive energy makes such a difference and makes you actually look forward to coming in. It’s rare to find a place that combines high level training with such warmth and authenticity. I’m so grateful to be part of this space.
