This is such a great gym, fantastic staff, awesome classes and amazing gym equipment!! You can find everything from cardio equipment, TRX straps, kettle bells, decent heavy weights for bodybuilding and power lifting. Full size indoor football hall, with facilities for badminton and other sports....they've even had a humongous bounce house in there for the kids before! There's also squash court. The classes are endless! Bootcamp, hiit, TRX, metabolic conditioning, kettle bells, spin bikes, yoga, axe throwing....yes, axe throwing!!!! Oh my days, I could talk about it all day, I know I've probably missed a whole load of other stuff, but I highly recommend you check it out!! Also, it's sparkling clean with all the modern anti bacterial methods in place, and it's fully covid safe! Go in and enjoy!!
