"Don't buy a punch card for squash! The card is only valid..."

Don't buy a punch card for squash! The card is only valid for a limited time. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of that, so my card expired with all the money still on it. Wasn't treated very nicely either when I called and asked if it could be extended. To me it feels like they just took my money, and I won't be playing there anymore. Disappointed!!!
