Excellent equipment, lots of light,super clean. Rare steam room and sauna. Helpful staff. Great for Squash enthusiasts and swimmers.

I have been a member on and off for about three years and love the cleanliness and facilities, easily one of the best gyms in Markham without a huge sign-up fee. They offer towel service, a good pool, varied equipment, a whirlpool, sauna and steam room, and the staff are very friendly. It loses a star because in summer and holidays hotel guests can make things grungy and the spa facilities can be out of service, with fewer fitness classes than I would like.

We wanted to join to play squash (courts are scarce in Markham) and tried to arrange a trial, but customer service was frustrating — vague, curt replies, consultations only during weekday work hours, and a blunt 'only one may attend' email. By contrast, GoodLife offered an easy walk-in. The poor service put us off before we even booked.

Amazing club with great facilities, nice people and the administration is near perfect. Owner gives a personal touch to the club and gave a free learning lesson to a newbie squash player like me which is an icing on the cake.. Made the right decision by joining the club.
