Nice friendly staff and very informative. A well equipped gym and plenty of classes arobics and spin plus loads more with squash courts and a large hall for other activities such as 5 a side. Also has a steam room and sauna with a salt room as well these are in a separate area with a key coded outer door and only accessable by adults, I believe there is a cafe but I think it is upstairs not sure as I've never been to it. There is a large swimming pool and plenty of classes in there for all ages and inflatables during school holidays the only downfall with it is I feel this pool is quite cold and could do to be a couple of degrees warmer to make the experience better. It has a small pool for toddlers and staff do swimming lessons although I have no idea how much it costs, a year ago I taught my grandson to swim in this pool he said it was great in there and he was safe plus this pool is alot warmer so the experience was really good. All in all a good center for most activ
