I use these facilities weekly for squash games. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The courts could do with a sweep out and clean more often but in the main it's very good.

Staff here are lovely. Although the gym is relatively small, the facilities are excellent. Good range of machines, plenty of cardio equipment and free weights. Squash and badminton courts are excellent. As an avid gym goer, I find it more comfortable than larger gyms as it is very friendly.
