I think instead of continuing to sell more memberships, the gym should focus on managing the number of people inside at any given time. Introducing a booking or time-slot system could really help keep track of attendance and ensure a better experience for members. With some crowd contro

Went with my son to sign up queue was long, staff were rude and completely unhelpful. Few weeks later, he goes alone, tries to call to book, phone rings for five minutes with no answer. Awful service for that much money. Genuinely regretting it."

Although the staff are lovely the actual gym is a joke the machines are always broken so I turn up and leave straight away. It is a very busy gym so the chances of getting on the machines is tough anyway but half of them broken since months now. I have no idea why they can’t be fixed or replaced but it’s an annoyance for absolutely everyone.

We were able to park with ease, our journey was quite long so we popped into the sports centre to make sure about the parking which was free for 3 hours. The sports complex had a great cafe ,we asked if we could use the loo, no problem was the reply by the most helpful staff on reception, we were asked on the way by another member of staff who was equally helpful. What a great place!!!

"Such a shame"

Such a shame. This should be a really good gym, there's lots of facilities, tennis courts, gym, squash, outdoor tennis, sauna, and runs fitness and yoga classes - everything is there to make it a great experience. It's clean, staff are helpful and even has a great cafe area. However, it is sadly totally over subscribed, and quite often some of the gym kit will be out of action for quite some time. It has 5 decent running machines, with tv screens and global running routes available, but I've lost count of the amount of times a couple of these have been switched off, meaning a long wait to get on a working one. Even at 6 in the morning it can be just too busy. There's an app to enable to you book onto the classes, but these are always fully booked 2 weeks in advance.
