"Signed up for the offer"

I signed up for the offer that the company where I work has where in the end I practically only paid 1/4 of the total fee. I had in mind that it was the best gym in El Salvador and that the attention would be incredible for the price one pays (normally) but my first impression has not been good since although they have many weights, machines, a cardio and dance area, I think it should be better signposted in the weights and machines area where something says "chest", on another side "back", on another "legs" and so on. There's also no coach in sight that I'm looking out for and I wasn't introduced to him when I first arrived. It is true that not everyone comes to that gym but for that reason I expected something better compared to others I have gone to.

Terrible experience, I went to ask for information and the people at the reception were completely pedantic, I suppose because it was full and there were two of them, they have machines for access but you always had to do a queue, tell the code to the lady who had a bad face, wait for the slow system to find you and she gave manual access to the gym, the only friendly one was the trainer and the security guard, but precisely because of the attitude of those at the reception I decided not to go there anymore

I definitely do not recommend this place! Today I finally convinced myself that World Gym Santa Elena isn't worth it. The service is terrible. The employees are downright arrogant. It's a real shame that a renowned, internationally renowned gym hires that kind of staff. Today I went to train from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and they treated me in a very arrogant manner. I left because I didn't want to be there anymore. I'm definitely going to cancel my membership there. But the most arrogant employee is a short, curly-haired trainer. He speaks to and treats clients in a very arrogant manner; there are no words. He's not at all respectful or polite. This place and its employees leave a lot to be desired. It's a shame that the service and atmosphere have sunk so low because of its employees. And I repeat, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
