This is predominantly a weight lifting gym. Has 2 squash courts, a spinning area and a cross-fit program for extra monthly. Locker rooms and a small sauna. Plenty of parking. Not enough Cardio machines and a lot of them in terrible condition or broken. Peak hours are packed but is only gym in country open 24/24 7/7 a great feature. 55$ a month with discounts for several months paid at once!

The convenience of it being 24/7 is great. A very classic style gym where almost everything is free-weight. The healthy measures could be better, only 2 satinizers in the whole weights area.

$105.00 if I wanted to use for 1 day. Only Monthly passes. Ridiculously empty and wouldn’t let me buy a day pass. Even at that rate of $55.00 a month (plus $50.00 joining fee) it’s stupid.

Great set of weights more than befit, also this gym is open 24 hours a day, note there are 2 locations, but you can only enter the one that you sign up for. This place has 3 levels the biggest being the first floor. They have many treadmills, ellipticals, a class for crossfit (extra price). It also has 3 parking locations, it does get full from 5-7 pm.
