"The club is nice, but the maintenance is inadequate"

The club is nice, but the maintenance is inadequate. Light bulbs are burned out on the tennis courts, which are filthy from lack of sweeping. They're also always overcrowded, making it frustrating to go and sometimes not be able to play or even find a court. Another major drawback is the early closing time on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, which is when we usually have free time.
"There's a high turnover of instructors because they're paid"

There's a high turnover of instructors because they're paid very little, and apparently, this has been the case for several years. They're starting to charge for classes that should theoretically be included in the monthly fee. The facilities are good, but the gym equipment is several years old and should be replaced.
"Customer service is terrible; they don't answer the call"

Customer service is terrible; they don't answer the call, and if they do answer, they hang up mid-conversation. They should pay attention to this crucial detail, as good service starts from the beginning.
"I loved this club"

I loved this club. The people who frequent it are very friendly, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. It has top-notch facilities and highly professional instructors, everything you need to develop your family's skills in your chosen sport, as well as various activities that foster a sense of community. You'll find sports like tennis, swimming, taekwondo (from Iridia Salazar's academy), padel, climbing, soccer, basketball, dance, yoga, spinning, and squash.
