Zero response to email complaints and poor staff. Unfortunately, CP club isn’t the way that it used to be. Their staff needs to be trained about mannerism, especially at the golf course! Particularly, a staff called Tiwaree is a very ignorant and a horrendous person with absolutely no manners at all. He needs to be taught some manners to deal with people and for gods sake should be prohibited to chew Tobacco while at work as it doesn’t suit helper to chew tobacco at golf course to maintain some decorum. Customer service rating is 0 out of 100 and yes others feel disconcerted by him.

The club staff have a hangover left from the colonial Era. For a club that also endorses various sports, they have arbitrary rules about not allowing shorts and flip-flops among others. For their seemingly, high standards and air of arrogance that they operate with, their restaurant is unclean. The floor beneath my table was littered with utensils, food, and used tissues from a previous patron. I would recommend that they advertise their stupid rules on hoardings across Nagpur, so that simple folk like me should be prepared beforehand so that I may avail the privilege of dining in their 'Angrezon-walla restaurant'.

Very Good Place to relax and Fun.All varied Foods are available with in a reasonable cost. Very tasty foods.Had a nice hospitality from there. Very Ample car parking area,Basket ball,cricket ,Foot Ball grounds are also available there... Overall very good Hotel in Nagpur
