This is very nice club, I like it very much, my trainer Syed Abusufyan Tahir (Sufyan) is very helpful and he has a lot of experience in many aspects He helped me a lot get raid of my shoulder pain, losing weight, thanks to him

Smallest gym ever! Pathetic choice of equipment. Full of negligent inconsiderate gay boys who eye bang themselves in the mirrors all day long and leave dumbells and weight plates strewn about the place. Can't get any equipment time because these clowns plant themselves on the equipment using their mobiles all day long. Management is absent and AWAL. I've never seen the fitness or general manager present in 2+ years. They've shut down the squash courts. Group classes are nonexistent. I'm moving to Fit Republic or Tribe Fit. This place is the worst.
