"Booked squash court for hours then extended"

We booked a squash court for 1.2 hours, then extended it by half an hour on-site and had to pay more than double for that half hour. Absolutely outrageous and a rip-off. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, never again! All the courts were fully booked online, but not a single one was available on-site.
