Is the higher price worth it? Let's get it right from the start: in my experience, not. And the dishonest treatment of customers is another negative factor. At some point during my time training there, I asked myself: Am I actually getting more for the higher price compared to many other gyms? Well, more what exactly? - The employees there usually smile and say "Hi" and "Bye" or "Bye." - There's usually more than one of each type of equipment, but for the popular ones and during peak times, you sometimes have to wait. Occasionally, equipment is marked as broken. Otherwise, the equipment just sits there. And they do this no more friendly or unfriendly than anywhere else. - There are a few machines where you can complete a training program over several sessions. They look very expensive and are usually empty. - It's clean. And what else? Other than that, I didn't have a particularly good impression of puls. I didn't attend the abs, legs, and buttocks classes, so I can't comment on that. But the bottom line is that all of the above points can be found elsewhere. But then there's the issue of the contract design. Due to the many warnings about this topic in the puls reviews, when I signed the contract, I asked for confirmation of the end date after x months in advance – which was also noted on the contract. That worked. A few months later, I signed another contract for x months, but this time the colleague at puls didn't want to note an end date on the contract because it would end automatically after the specified period anyway. I asked about this several times, and each time he said that the contract and the debit would end after the specified months, and therefore we didn't need to record it. On the date stated on the contract, I returned my locker key and went on my way. The – not insignificant – usage fee was, of course, happily debited the following month, and again after that, and then again after that. When I pointed this out to Puls and insisted on the fixed contract end date, I was told that it wasn't binding and that the tacit extension would ultimately apply until the member actively terminated their membership. For an automatic end date, it would have had to be recorded in the contract, as was done previously. Okay. You can do that as a gym. But it's incredibly unpleasant behavior, and of course, the suspicion arises that it's intentional. Guys, if you don't want a perpetual contract, have the contract end date(!) recorded on the slip of paper. Otherwise, you'll end up going to an overpriced gym AND end up paying more.

"Often play squash here and the court"

We often play squash here and the court is really nice up in the roof along with two badminton courts. During the week during peak times (6 p.m. - 8 p.m.) you should definitely reserve early, otherwise everything will quickly be fully booked. The prices are okay, 20 euros per hour before 4 p.m. And 30 euros afterward.

Great studio! Very clean, friendly staff, and a pleasant crowd. I really enjoy training here and haven't regretted signing up for a second.
