A gym that fully meets my requirements! It's equipped with modern machines (including a Milon circuit), the atmosphere is like a family, and the changing rooms, showers and sauna area are all in top condition. Various classes are offered here, and there are also options to play squash and badminton. I also really like the kind of support they offer with training plans and tests (if you want them). There's also plenty of parking available. So all in all, highly recommended!

I go there occasionally to play squash and have nothing negative to report. Great facility, well kept changing rooms/showers and nice staff

Absolutely recommended, nice ambience, 2 courts for badminton and the like, squash as well. Nice people, easy to get to.
