"Another rate increase for membership frankly use"

Harold Dodds

Yet another rate increase for membership, frankly I use the club maybe 10 days on average and saying that overcrowding is a reason to raise rates to keep a pleasant experience for everyone well just go ahead and cancel my membership. Lifetime makes money off much more than membership as they profit off the personal training, the salon, the cafe,, supplements and more and yet want to squeeze little old me out for another $10 is a pure disgrace. Used the pool 5 times this year. It's pure greed as they only open new clubs at the premium signature tier $300 and don't look to open more clubs of this lower tier. After a second rate increase I'll go somewhere else. Thanks! Lifetime Fitness doesn't do anything for my journey of physical fitness that's on me and the energy I put forward. But hey I just received a raise by saving almost $1,100 a year. Also kicking in Dec 1 notified via email Nov 6th and you didn't even give me 30 day notice as which is required for me to cancel my membership without enduring the increase. Your yet another rate increase is a disgrace and pure corporate greed!

"Past couple of months have been trying"

Dajour Sylvester

For the past couple of months, I have been trying to look for a gym that has not been crowded because of Covid. When I talked to one of the managers before signing up at lifetime, to start, they only allow one free day pass AND I can only use the pass at a certain time, it made it even harder to tell if this gym is actually crowded. In my case, I go to the gym at 6am everyday because I work the overnights. Now, these managers ensured that this gym is NOT crowded at that time every day. That is TOTALLY FALSE. I’ve been going to this gym 5 days a week at 6am and it’s crowded every day to the point where I have to change my whole workout regime. There was also days where I walked out because it was so crowded. On top of that, during my free personal training session, the trainer made a side comment that there was no more squat racks to work out on so I had to use the worst squat rack they had. I gave it a whole month to ensure that maybe this wasn't the case but I was right in the end. To pay $90, you’d expect more and in my case I get LESS. Going to cancel this membership.

"Worst gym experience my fiance and got"

Dale Campbell

Worst gym experience. My fiance and I got free one day passes to try this gym out.. We were recommended by a current member. We received an email to head in and speak to someone to activate or day passes. So, we go... Dressed to work out and advise the young front desk man of our pass. He immediately discredits the free pass and says we now have to pay 30$ per person... After explaining why we were there, he now has his manager on a walkie on his way to grab us... We are forced into a back office and 1. Tried to be forced into signed up for a 150$ membership today.. And 2. Accused of being freeloaders who have no right I these one day passes. I felt like a criminal for using a feature of their website. We were kicked off the basketball court for child's birthday party... Yes, a child's birthday party being thrown at a gym... The nicest thing I have to say is that I will NEVER be a member of this gym and I don't recommend any new comers look this direction either.

"Ve been long time member here"

I’ve been a long time member here for working out and basketball purposes. I love that they are family friendly, but they already reduced their two Basketball courts down to one and now close the basketball courts down four months out of the year to put a kids Academy in there. They need to find additional room to build out so kids have a place to go on their school breaks and not need to close down areas their members use.
