"Very well developed gated community with all amenities..."

Very well developed gated community with all amenities for weekend homes it is good investment option but only drawback as on date is area is yet to be developed. Club facilities are good well maintained. Only concern is whether it is sufficient for all the plots which they are offering. Executive golf course here is just for name sake it is of no use for a golfer or golf enthusiast. Squash court is also of no use if the occupancies increase. The module of converting villas and club rooms into resorts for community maintainence in appreciated. Overall good option for investment here for near future.

Amazing place to stay for! Has a swimming pool, a golf course, squash court, basketball court, beach volleyball, tennis and kids play area! Must visit with your family once for having fun! Indoor games like pool and table tennis are also available! A home theatre with a projector when you can take your own pendrive and play any movie you wish to watch! Must stay for atleast 2 days to relax yourself and discover the place The place is very quite and only a few people love there And you can drive through the whole resort to discover which gives an amazing view!

Location - the place is near the airport around 8km Place - the place is on the highway easy to locate the place Surrounding - around this place there is no shops or any facilities outside Facilities Inside the club - this is important aspect 1. Grocery store 2. Apollo pharmacy 3. swimming pool 4. Ample car parking 5. Greenery 6. Indoor Games - billiards 🎱 table tennis 🏓 squash etc 7. Basket ball / tennis courts The place is lovely and it’s maintained absolutely beautiful , no traffic It’s a perfect place for a get away from the city and from your work 4stars and half star
