"Dont know where start"

I hardly know where to start: there is not enough equipment, and the month-to-month membership has awkward fees, with no way to recover the five days lost when they closed over the holidays. The meditation room is unheated with no sound system, the spa and salt room have no music, and outside noise, bright lights and no phone reception make the salt room far from relaxing. They really should improve the experience or lower the prices.
