It’s a great place to stay for this time of year, unfortunately when making a reservation the office said it was almost fully booked. We stayed mid week and the place was empty of people. The cafe has everything you need on arrival, the basic milk and other soft drinks. They have a simple breakfast/lunch on offer and closes at 3 ish. The swimming pool is warmish and lots of other exercise equipment including a squash court inside and a covered tennis courts near reception. Lots of walking areas in Rye and Rosebud, with supermarkets and cafes/dinning. There is a ferry to Queenscliff, I would suggest you take the car and make a day excursion.

I've been going here for many years. Initially when my kids were young, they loved it, and now on my own. The accommodation is basic, but more than satisfactory, with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, squash courts, games room, etc. The real bonus is its location, you are close to everything and if you love golf, its paradise...do yourself a favour and have a good look.
