Swimming 🏊‍♂️ skating ⛸️ gym 🏋️‍♀️ plus pickleball squash racket ball curling basketball, not to mention high dives, special recreational days from day camps to ballet. This place offers a variety of things to do and is always hosting many, many local programs that have you in mind. I think the Nepean Sportsplex is worthwhile visiting 🤔 but please go online before going to make sure that the reason for your visit is available on the day you want to attend.

The Nepean Sportsplex is a Class A facility, which means it's big and offers standard professional-sized facilities from Swimming pools with diving towers and springboards to Hockey Rinks, children's wading pool, weight room, squash courts, studio and gymnasium. This standard facility is well maintained with clear signage, which helps with navigation. I've used the 50m and 25m pools a few times, and I must say it's a good experience.
