It is a gym that feels like home. Efficient professionals who help you with everything you need. New facilities and adequate material for your training. Classes aimed at all tastes. Terrace for outdoor training. Spa and indoor pool area, relaxing and very complete. Looking forward to the outdoor pool and hammock area! ☺️

Very complete and the spa is divine! I went as my daughter's guest to enjoy a day of gym, spa, and facial treatment; and everything was top-notch. The fitness room, while not very large, is very complete, and the machines are super modern. It also has two pools, paddle tennis courts, and a large spa that left me fascinated... It has different types of jacuzzis, a sauna, a steam room, an ice wall, an ice-water plunge, etc. A restaurant with tables inside and a terrace, where the food is super healthy and delicious, and the lady who serves is a delight. The facial and body treatment area is very pleasant, and they have an attractive list of options that make choosing difficult, but Eli, one of the therapists, advised us on the treatment that best suited our skin's needs.

I have been a member since their inception in April 1987 (38 years) and I have seen them grow to become one of the best sports clubs in Barcelona. It is a Club that is continually renewing and investing so that clients have the best facilities and the best service. The fitness experience you will find will reach another level since this center is not just a gym, it is a comprehensive space that combines sport, health, relaxation and community. It has first-class facilities, with a wide and dynamic variety of directed activities guided by high-level instructors. The club also offers high-level nutrition, physiotherapy, osteopathy and personal training services to help you achieve all your goals effectively and safely. The spa is without a doubt one of the most exclusive in Barcelona. Something that I also value very positively is that the cleanliness and maintenance are impeccable, creating a welcoming and professional environment. I believe that the human team is another of the club's numerous assets. Both the reception team, the monitors and the cleaning service are attentive professionals and always willing to help, creating a family and motivating atmosphere. I am a professional coach who has worked for large sports organizations in both the United States and Spain and I can assure you that Nickspa is an elite club.

"Good machinery but difficult to do proper"

Very good machinery, but difficult to do a proper training session due to the overcrowding of people. I consider it to be an anthill. We have suffered and endured in recent years the inconvenience of constant works and now they are massifying it….

It's a fairly complete gym. Most of them have very good technicians, however, their service isn't always the best. Some have been disrespectful. And if you're a customer paying almost €90, you expect a top-notch gym. The facilities aren't enough; EVERYTHING SHOULD BE TOP-NOTCH. It closes quite early compared to other gyms, and as I mentioned, it costs almost €90. The big difference with other gyms is the spa. Otherwise, any other gym can meet your needs. Response to the comment made by the gym: The coordinator didn't speak to me about that situation, as the same coordinator was the one with whom I had the incident. And since they're misrepresenting the situation in the comment, I'm posting it here for clarification: 1. Upon arrival at the spinning class, there were new students, and the instructor and activities coordinator ARRIVED LATE, so the class started late because she had to explain to the new person how to set up the bike, etc. And according to the manual they give you when you sign up, they tell you that if you're new to a class, you should arrive early so they can explain it to you, which is what the new member of the club did, and something the instructor didn't. 2. The class was good. The spinning class ended at the correct time, as indicated in the class schedule provided both on the app and on paper at reception. 3. I decided to leave because I was going to continue training, and the instructor and coordinator was yelling at me in a defiant and disrespectful manner because no one could leave her class before stretching. This was after her class had ended, as I mentioned in point 2. She concluded her yelling by pointing out that SHE WOULDN'T LET ME INTO ANY OF HER CLASSES IF I LEFT. 4. Between her anger and disrespect, I told her that I was leaving because I had other things to do, and I left, because absolutely no one should treat a client like that, much less if their class HAS ALREADY ENDED. AND SHE'S THE PERSON WHO SHOULD DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO STRETCH AT THAT MOMENT. THEY CAN'T FORCE ME! Let alone challenge a client like that. 5. I finished my workout and asked for a complaint and claim form. 6. The next day, a man, supposedly the gym coordinator or manager, called me to find out what had happened and to "apologize." It ended there. Apart from that, I was "happy with the gym." 8. I hadn't posted any reviews, and I posted them a couple of weeks ago. 7. The coordinator called me and asked what had happened. When I told her it was due to an incident with her, the conversation became harsh and she didn't say anything else. In short, the call lasted two minutes at most. 8. They posted that explanation as a response to my first review. They don't explain the incident well and want to make it seem like it was my fault, which I don't think is right, so I'm lowering their rating. Important Recommendation: You should learn how to manage these types of reviews or hire a professional to do a good job. Note: The gym has increased its membership fee, as of January 2025 it is almost €100, and I still think it is NOT WORTH IT, although it has good facilities and other good professionals, the spa is the only thing that makes a big difference.
