considering local private gyms are probably £30+ more expensive- you get a quieter gym (no queing for machines) yoga, pilates, spin studio, lesmills classes. Great Swimming pool. Use of the other centres which are extremely local and offer a wide variety of alternate activites e.g squash at epping and a sauna in loughton. You are not going to find anything of this quality or this price anywhere else in this area. Free parking. Great trainers.
