I've been a member for a few months now and am really pleased with the facilities and the staff are very friendly. The gym is a very good size and there are usually plenty of machines available, even at busy times. The swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are all great and whenever I'm there its always pretty quiet which is nice. I've also used the squash courts a few times and its not too expensive to bring a non member. Looking forward to trying out the tennis courts in the summer!

The Gym is nice, good ambient and lots of space. there is lots of Fitness Equipment such treadmills and so on. You also can Swim or play Squash. It all depends of your use actually , the prices are around 39 quid per month on 12 months contract and if you need to cancel you need to give them 3 months notice what is not so good. about the equipment they are new and well maintained I just do not give them 5 stars because I thinks they could provide more Equipment Variety instead of those treadmills that no one uses. But is a good place to workout . Plenty of shower area and toilet space. the pool is good and not too busy.

Honestly… where to start. (1 star is generous) Firstly, I’d like to say that myself and members of my family have been at Roko for 10+ years. The spa was closed for an extended period (over 18 months and before Covid started) with no reduction in monthly membership rate. Communication was awful during this period, maybe an email from management once every few months. The new spa which has now been relocated to the pool area is ridiculous and appears that no thought has been put into the design. For example, despite the spa being a “no under 16” area, the jacuzzi is literally two steps from the childrens splash pool. There are no showers in the immediate area to wash after being in the sauna and steam room. No water dispenser to top up water bottles. You can’t make this stuff up. Locker rooms also under refurbishment and have been since the beginning of June. Barely enough space for 8 people to get changed. Furthermore, the remaining squash court is being closed with less than two weeks notice. Members given the option of “leave or deal with it”.
