Redbridge Sports Centre in Barkingside is a fantastic place for all kinds of activities. The facilities are excellent – with tennis, squash, and badminton courts that are well maintained and easy to book. The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and never feels overcrowded. There’s also plenty of parking, which makes getting here hassle-free. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming for both beginners and regular players. A great spot for fitness and sports in the local area!
