This rating is for AIRBNB TK's unit 45-05, Setia Sky 88. Lengthy review since I stayed 30 stays. Personally I don't find it friendly for people staying long term. I was short changed for having to compromise on these seriously major issues 1 Chocked bathtub 2 Fetid drain smell 3 Smelly kitchen 4 Unstable flickering TV 5 Noise due to poorly sealed window To small things eg 6 Lack of decent toilet paper 7 Laundry powder 8 Filmsy laundry rack (gave up trying so I bought a new one!) 9 Drying is difficult and slow within the unit. I was literally washing clothes every alternate day! 10 Big ants crawling on table and counter top 11 Yellowish bed linens with some stains (fortunately I always bring my own linens) I was most disappointed TK did not personally check those big issues himself or follow up with me if I was still facing the issues and offered to send professionals. I had to stay out for 2 nights bcoz the smell was just too hard to bear. Despite reporting these issues to the host, I was only advised to solve them myself. Why do I need to repair the TV myself and double up as a plumber? I would have overlooked the lack of duty had he promptly rectify the issues.
