For anyone who wants to try something new, this is a fantastic opportunity to play squash. The staff member Kevin was super friendly and accommodating, both on the phone and in person. And the sauna is included for the whole day, at an absolutely fair price.

We played squash for 3/4 of an hour and then went to the sauna afterward. For 12 euros per person. Great value for money! The sauna is also perfectly adequate :)

During our visit to SFC we found the atmosphere very relaxed and friendly. The staff quickly respond to what you need and are there to help whenever possible. Since the studio offers not just fitness but also squash, in-person Les Mills classes, rehab sport and prevention programs, the staff are very well trained and can use their knowledge and tailored exercises to guide members toward positive, lasting results. In the food and drink area the beer was good and the ambience was also inviting. One minor criticism would be that some machines and equipment have seen better days, though this doesn't affect their function, hence one star less.

I have been going for the past 1 year now, started with squash but then got gym membership also. The facilities are amazing, the staff is super nice, the environment is always clean and fresh. I highly recommend it and the only place to play squash in the city.
