"Courts are good the locker rooms"

The courts are good, the locker rooms not so much. But it's cheaper compared to other places. So all in all worth it. And the people are nice.
"Short time ago was customer"

A short time ago I was a customer of the squash and tennis hall in Pützchen for the first time. This will definitely be my last visit. The website is out of date. According to this you can use the sauna when booking. It was reported on site that the sauna had been closed for some time. Pointing out that this would have to be revised to avoid any confusion, the nice lady said, "I'll pass that on, the management probably won't be interested anyway." So far so good. I was also asked to show the soles of my sports shoes to ensure that black soles were not being played with. I naturally complied with this understandable request. I showed off my orange Adidas indoor shoes with light soles and shared that I had often played in various halls and had never had any “stripes” on the floor. The ladies didn't believe me and told me in a snappy voice that they wanted to control this. Customer-friendly and oriented work is definitely a priority here. The overall impression of the hall is very negative. Everything seems carelessly placed and outdated. The squash court wasn't heated at all, so we were allowed to move around the parquet when it felt like -3 degrees. We were allowed to pay a whole 21 euros for this. We refrained from showering after our sporting exercise because, in our opinion, it was not hygienic. Tip: Visit the sports factory in Bonn-Beuel! I have a clear recommendation for this.
"Playing squash was fun"

Playing squash was fun, as it should be. Our booked 60-minute game unfortunately ended after 55 minutes. But the highlight of the evening was the staff member in charge. As a welcome, other guests were asked, very loudly and forcefully, to put their chairs back where they had been before use. After changing, we were "kindly" asked to show our shoe soles, as we apparently couldn't avoid wearing black soles. When we wanted to order a beer for refreshment after our game, we were repeatedly, and very forcefully, offered the non-alcoholic version, even though we didn't want it. After we had received two alcoholic beers and wanted to end our sporting evening with a final beer, we were advised to get the non-alcoholic version instead, since we would have to drive... Which we didn't have to...
